  • "We engaged Iain to design a kitchen and lounge extension for us. We're delighted with the finished result. Iain also helped in the selection of our building contractor which was invaluable. He was on site regularly liasing with the contractor. Iain helped us to realise a long talked about dream and we'd have no hesitation in recommending him."

  • "Iain was the architect for the rebuilding of our rear extension creating a large open kitchen/living area. The project went smoothly thanks to Iain's years of experience and effective and harmonious partnership with reliable local builders. Iain was relatable, understood the brief, took time to explain technicalities to help us through the process. He allowed us to realise our ideas to maximise usable living space, incorporating light and integrating the extension with the rest of the house. We would certainly recommend Iain for similar projects."

  • "Having met Iain to share ideas for adapting our house he drew up plans full of fabulous ideas and surprises transforming our house into spaces for modern living. Iain looked after us through the whole process and we now live in a house suited to our lifestyle and the compliments from admirers keep flowing years after completion. Superb architect - wouldn't use anyone else."

  • "Working with Iain on our house alterations has been a smooth and straightforward experience. At the outset Iain listened carefully to what we wanted, offered practical design suggestions and then developed a scheme for us which met all our expectations. Iain was also able to provide guidance on the choice of contractor enabling us to make a selection. He then continued to support by guiding us and the contractor through the build process, resolving day to day queries and offering solutions where required. Throughout the whole process, Iain’s communication was always friendly, clear and prompt. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Iain for the professional way that he managed our project, removing stress and guiding us to a successful completion."

  • "From start to finish, Iain was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, approachable, and highly collaborative, taking the time to listen to our ideas while encouraging us to explore creative possibilities we hadn’t considered. He connected us with excellent contractors and maintained a strong presence throughout the project, regularly visiting the site to ensure everything was on track and offering valuable guidance when decisions needed to be made. Thanks to Iain’s expertise and dedication, we now have a beautiful and functional family home that we’ll enjoy for years to come."
